Workshop: Annual Marketing Planning

During this session, we open up the Annual Marketing Planning process we use with Mockingbird clients to help you match your marketing campaigns to your business goals. We get into budgeting, tactical shifts in the marketing landscape and the all important reconsideration of last year’s tactics. (Just b/c it used to work, doesn’t mean it will next year.) The goal is to come out with a framework for developing a written plan, projections and prognostications.
