Welcome to BEDLAM

What?

Who?

When/Where

Mockingbird offers updates on practice management, cutting-edge tech, and digital marketing. Learn about FTC regulations, meet innovative tech founders, discover Google's hidden costs, get advice from law firm COOs, and explore AI's impact on intake functions.

BEDLAM is an invite-only Summit for Mockingbird’s clients, select prospects, and tech-forward law firm owners, fostering community and learning. It is market-exclusive with no competitors, staying true to Mockingbird's philosophy of focused and collaborative events.

Join us on November 20 and 21, the week before Thanksgiving, at the sunny and warm southern tip of Florida for an unforgettable event filled with learning, networking, and fun in a beautiful and inviting setting.

Fun

What’s more fun than hearing about digital marketing and practice management? Driving Ferraris after learning about digital marketing and practice management. BEDLAM is hosted at the Homestead Miami Speedway - on Day 1, during the lunch break, we’ll break into teams and race 45mph Karts. Loser gets an LSA account review from Google’s staff who will encourage you to spend more and broaden your targeting. Day 2 is capped off lapping exotics, (Ferrari’s, Lambo’s Porches and more) on the Speedway.

What we Expect from You

Unlike a lecture-based conference, this client summit encourages mutual learning. Attendees must submit a 50-second video on technology, tactics, tips, KPIs, vendors, or insights. Videos will be featured in the program.

Agenda

Note – there are a few vendors included in this – they are included by invite because we believe they have something to teach and/or their products are rock solid (or at least will expand your mind and the way you think about running your own firm.) None of them have paid a dime to be here, although they are welcome to buy me a beer some time.
